Before returning your item, please e-mail us to discuss the return.

You can return items sold by Smiling Dog within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment.

After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
